Clients will receive a JPEG and a PSD for every image with Drone Lines. The PSD file is supplied with the following layers, allowing clients to adjust the boundaries or blur if required.
An overhead image must be supplied to the retouchers to assist them in determining the boundaries correctly. If the boundaries are not visible from the overhead view, please provide a reference image for the retouchers to use. A simple markup of the boundary position will do, or a screengrab from an external source like LandChecker is also accepted.
As standard, the retouchers will correct the overhead image to a single-point perspective, using whichever boundaries are perpendicular. If none are available, perpendicular walls of the house will be used to correct the perspective.
Line weights will also be scaled depending on the size of the input file, but the ratio is 11px in a 4000px file. This will ensure that all Drone Lines appear consistent, regardless of the drone used. All lines will be drawn to disregard neighbouring properties but never cross over buildings of the target property.
Privacy Blur
Privacy blur will be applied as standard but can be removed on request. It is applied to a set density and where there is a clear view into a building or private yard. It will not be applied to public spaces or vacant land, except for the overhead image, where everything outside the boundaries will be blurred. Regardless of where the lines are drawn, the neighbouring property will remain blurred and the target property will not.

This product will be limited to a maximum of 4 pins per picture. Below is an example of the STANDARD dimensions and pins product:
Any additional pins will be charged as extra retouching:
1-3 Additional Pins = 1x Touch
4-6 Additional Pins = 3x Touch
7-10 Additional Pins = 5x Touch
Grass For Drones
If a client would like grass included on a DRONE image, they can request this for vacant blocks by requesting GREEN GRASS FOR THE VACANT LAND.

To eliminate any confusion, the following should be included in the order:

DRONE LINES + PINS + STANDARD or AGENCY BRAND - (this includes block size. so the dimensions must be added to the notes along with a detailed markup of what is required). The markup must not contain handwritten text and be clear with correct spelling:
