Hours of Operation (Mauritian Time)
BWRM operates Member Support and Post-Production services internationally. Below are our operating hours and deadlines adjusted to Mauritian Time (MUT).
Image Production
Image Production Schedule (MRU Time)
Image Production operates continuously from 8:00 AM Monday to 8:00 AM Saturday MRU. Any jobs or corrections received after this will be actioned from 8:00 AM Monday MRU when the new week begins. Given the complexity, quality, and volume of orders, the following deadlines apply:

Floor Plan Production
Operates continuously from 8:00 AM Monday to 8:00 AM Saturday MUT. Jobs or corrections received after this will resume from 8:00 AM Monday MUT.

Video Production
Operates from 8:00 AM Monday to 12:00 AM (midnight) Saturday MUT. A dedicated Corrections Only shift operates between 12:00 AM Tuesday to 8:00 AM Saturday MUT.

Note:

24-hour delivery applies to standard videos upon receipt of all footage and assets.

12-hour fast-track projects incur a 25% surcharge, prioritised editing, and guaranteed delivery if received by 1:00 PM MUT (up to 60 clips).

Bespoke projects cannot be guaranteed next-day delivery.
