Quality Standard

Every delivered image must be:

Perfectly straight and well-aligned
Structurally accurate (no distortion)

Consistent across the full property

SKY

The sky treatment maintains a natural and refined architectural appearance consistent with the Archi style direction.

Aim for a soft light blue sky with slightly more muted and desaturated tones to reflect a premium architectural look
Avoiding overly vibrant, dramatic, heavily saturated, or unrealistic sky replacements
Soft atmospheric depth and subtle gradients are preferred over aggressive contrast or HDR-style effects
Sky consistency will be maintained across the full image set.

Grass & Foliage

Grass and foliage should aim to match the expected architectural style direction with slightly more muted and desaturated greens for a refined and premium architectural feel.

Enhancing grass, hedges, bushes, and foliage while maintaining a natural and believable appearance
Greens will remain slightly softer and more desaturated compared to standard real estate editing styles
Avoiding overly vibrant greens, excessive saturation, or unrealistic vegetation reconstruction
In some cases, exact matching may not be possible, particularly during autumn, winter, or early spring where trees and vegetation naturally appear yellow, orange, brown, or sparse
Where significant vegetation reconstruction or seasonal transformation is required, a Summer-like / Seasonal Retouching product wil be required.

Where requested, standard photos may also be renamed according to room type:
