The Daytime Premium product delivers high-end, fully retouched real estate photography, combining AI-assisted processing with detailed manual human blending, colour and exposure work, with a standard list of retouching.

This product is built to meet Rise Media’s clients quality expectations, ensuring:

Free from AI or Photoshop artifacts

We ensure every image is technically correct and well-balanced:

AI base file with human exposure blending

Color & Light

We refine the overall image to achieve a natural, high-end look:

White balance correction
Natural color rendering (no over-saturation)
Highlight & shadow balancing

SKY

The sky treatment should maintain a natural and realistic appearance consistent with the overall style direction of the product.

Aim for a soft light blue sky to reflect the natural feel of the edit
Avoid overly dramatic, dark, oversaturated, or unrealistic sky replacements
Sky color, brightness, and mood should feel natural and balanced within the scene lighting
Soft atmospheric depth and natural gradients are preferred over aggressive contrast or HDR-style effects
Sky consistency should be maintained across the full image set where applicable

Grass & Foliage

Grass and foliage should aim to match the expected Rise Media green and landscaping style as closely as possible while maintaining a natural and believable appearance.

Enhance grass, hedges, bushes, and foliage to appear healthy, clean, and visually consistent
Avoid overly artificial greens, excessive saturation, or unrealistic vegetation reconstruction
Results may vary depending on the original season, lighting conditions, and image quality
In some cases, exact matching may not be possible, particularly during autumn, winter, or early spring where trees and vegetation naturally appear yellow, orange, brown, or sparse
Where significant vegetation reconstruction or seasonal transformation is required, a Summer-like / Seasonal Retouching product may be recommended instead

Drone photos retain their original file names and are not renamed
Standard image sequences should use double-digit numbering:

Where requested, standard photos may also be renamed according to room type:
- Kitchen 01

Deliver a centered vertical crop in 9:16 format for every image except drone shots

Daily cutoff time:

Orders uploaded after the daily cutoff time will be delivered during the next production cycle
