Overview

This product is designed to clearly scope the Floorplan tiers, requirements and expectations.

Product Tiers

We currently offer two floor plan tiers:

1. Floor Plan — 1 Floor / Single Apartment

For properties requiring one floor plan only, such as:

  • Single-floor apartments
  • Small units
  • One-level homes

2. Floor Plan — Up to 4 Floors

211 Halsey Street TH, Brooklyn
For properties requiring multiple floor plans, up to 4 floors, such as:

  • Basement
  • 1st Floor
  • 2nd Floor
  • 3rd Floor

Branding Workflow

Floorplan branding should follow the branding reference sheet:

Brand Selection Rules

  • If the instructions request a brand but no specific code is provided, use the brand name with no Agent/Team name.
  • If the instructions include a specific code or an Agent/Team name, use the floor plan template that matches that code.

This ensures the correct brand style is applied consistently.

Workflow

  1. Review the order instructions
  2. Check if a brand or template code is requested
  3. Select the correct branding template
  4. Create the floor plan based on the property layout
  5. Apply the correct naming format
  6. Export and deliver the final files

Quality Standard

Each floor plan must be:

  • Correctly branded
  • Properly named
  • Consistent across all floors
  • Aligned with the client’s instructions

Export Requirements & File Naming

File Naming

Floor plans should be named using the full property address followed by the floor level.

Property Address + Floor Level

  • 123 Main Street, East Hampton NY 11976 Basement
  • 123 Main Street, East Hampton NY 11976 1st Floor
  • 123 Main Street, East Hampton NY 11976 2nd Floor

  • Standard Export Requirements

    For all floor plan deliveries, export files should follow these standards:

    • 2 exports
    • Format 1 JPG
    • Format 2 PDF
    • Resolution: 300 ppi
    • Color space: sRGB
    • High-resolution output
    • Clean white background unless otherwise instructed
    • Correct brand template applied
    • One file per floor

Other

Turnaround Time

  • Standard Production Delivery: 12 hours
  • Delivery deadline:
    • 8:00 AM New York Time (EDT)
  • Daily cutoff time:
    • 10:00 PM New York Time (EDT) (previous day)
  • Orders uploaded after the daily cutoff time will be delivered during the next production cycle

Corrections

File Requirements

For best results, the order should include:

    • Property address
    • Floor level details: Basement, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor, etc.
    • Clear floor plan sketch, scan, Matterport plan, or reference file
    • Room names / labels if required
    • Measurements or dimensions when available
    • Branding instructions, if specific branding is required
    • Template code, if a specific floor plan style is requested
    • Any special instructions before production starts
