The Twilight Standard product delivers natural, high-end twilight real estate photography, combining AI-assisted processing with detailed manual human blending, colour correction, lighting enhancement, sky treatment, and standard retouching.

Direction: Natural, Clean, Premium

Image Processing

We ensure every image is technically correct and well-balanced:

  • AI base file with human exposure blending
  • Perspective & vertical correction
  • Lens correction
  • Window exposure balancing
  • Exterior and interior exposure balancing
  • Twilight sky enhancement or replacement when required
  • Light blending and atmosphere enhancement

Color & Light

We refine the overall image to achieve a natural, high-end look:

SKY

The sky treatment should maintain a natural and realistic twilight appearance consistent with the overall style direction of the product.

  • Aim for a soft twilight sky with natural blue, purple, orange, or warm evening tones where appropriate
  • Avoid overly dramatic, dark, oversaturated, or unrealistic sky replacements
  • Sky brightness and mood should feel believable within the scene lighting
  • The sky should not overpower the property

General Sky Replacement Rules
  • Keep the original sunset whenever a sunset is already visible in the original image.
  • If there is no visible sunset, replace the sky using the approved Rise Sky Library.
  • If sky replacement is required, only add the sunset where the original sunset direction is showing.
  • Do not add a sunset to a different part of the sky if it does not match the original lighting direction.
  • If the original sunset is strong and visually suitable, preserve and enhance it rather than replacing it.

Grass & Foliage

Grass and foliage should aim to match the expected Rise Media green and landscaping style as closely as possible while maintaining a natural and believable appearance.

  • Enhance grass, hedges, bushes, and foliage to appear healthy, clean, and visually consistent
  • Avoid overly artificial greens, excessive saturation, or unrealistic vegetation reconstruction
  • Results may vary depending on the original season, lighting conditions, and image quality
  • In some cases, exact matching may not be possible, particularly during autumn, winter, or early spring where trees and vegetation naturally appear yellow, orange, brown, or sparse
  • Where significant vegetation reconstruction or seasonal transformation is required, a Summer-like / Seasonal Retouching product may be recommended instead

Export Requirements & File Naming

File Naming

  • Drone photos retain their original file names and are not renamed
  • Standard image sequences should use double-digit numbering:
    • 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, etc.
  • Social stills should be labeled:
    • Social #_
  • Texture stills should be labeled:
    • Texture #_
  • Where requested, standard photos may also be renamed according to room type:
    • Kitchen 01
    • Kitchen 02
    • Living Room 01
    • Bedroom 01

Export Requirements

For best results:

  • Export size: 4134 × 2756
  • Resolution: 300 ppi
  • Color space: Adobe RGB
  • Format: JPG
  • Deliver a centered vertical crop in 9:16 format for every image except drone shots
  • Logo addition (when requested)

Retouched Stills

For revised or retouched stills delivered via e-mail, files should retain the original room naming while updating the version number:

Other

Turnaround Time

  • Standard delivery: 12 hours
  • Delivery deadline:
    • 8:00 AM New York Time (EDT)
  • Daily cutoff time:
    • 10:00 PM New York Time (EDT) (previous day)
  • Orders uploaded after the daily cutoff time will be delivered during the next production cycle
