VIDEO PRODUCTS & SLA
This document is a Video Products & SLA guide for Rise Media, outlining BWRM’s video editing services, product types, turnaround times, correction policy, and delivery standards.
Rise Media Video Product SLA
This Video Editing Service Level Agreement applies to all video products supplied by BWRM unless a specific product specification states otherwise.
Brief overview:
- For general reference, standard property videos in horizontal or vertical formats ordered within the 21–60 clip tier are charged at BWRM’s Standard Video rates.
- Refer to our rate card for all pricing - please use this as the official price list for our services.
- Exclusively to Rise Media, each video project includes up to 15 minutes of complimentary correction or amendment time.
- Editor errors are corrected at no additional charge.
- Additional footage, add-ons, versions, formats, or work outside the applicable product scope may incur additional charges.
- Projects containing more than 60 clips will be treated as Bespoke Projects and reviewed before editing begins.
- Any product can be ordered in horizontal or vertical format, with the same specifications applying.
Our Editing Style
BWRM’s video editing direction is:
Clean, cinematic, contemporary, and tailored to the property.
The edit will generally include:
- Logical property flow
- Strong opening and closing
- Selection of the strongest footage
- Removal of unnecessary or repetitive angles
- Music appropriate to the style of the property
- Editing aligned with the rhythm and energy of the music
- Minimal and tasteful transitions
- Colour correction
- Clean branding and text placement in accordance with supplied agency brand guidelines
- Basic audio clean-up and mixing
Editing Style and Creative Direction
BWRM offers several editing styles:
Slow Cinematic
See Sample here
A refined and controlled edit using longer holding shots, slow pacing, minimal transitions, if any, and music suited to a premium or relaxed property presentation.
Modern / Contemporary / Upbeat / Dynamic
See Sample here
Our popular and go-to style
A balanced and modern edit with moderate pacing, music-led cuts, some speed ramps, minimal tasteful transitions, varied shot lengths on key spaces, and a more energetic presentation while maintaining a clean and professional style.
Slow & Fast / Moody
See Sample here
A more stylised edit that combines slower cinematic moments with faster transitions and shifts in pace.
This style may use moodier music, contrasting timing, and selective changes in speed. It is best suited to luxury properties, unique properties, or footage shot with strong, smooth movement, moody lighting, composition, and variety across close, mid, and wide shots.
Fast, Big and Epic
See Sample here
A high-energy edit using faster pacing, impactful music, dynamic transitions, speed changes, and a wider range of creative effects and transitions where suitable.
Selection of Editing Style
The preferred pace and editing style can be selected in the video brief.
The available briefing options include:
- Slow
- Fast
- No preference / Don’t care
Where the client provides a clear direction—Fast, Slow, or additional style direction comments in the brief—BWRM will edit according to that direction within the limits of the selected product and supplied footage.
If no clear direction is provided through comments or a reference video link in the brief, and the client selects “Don’t care,” our editors will use their professional discretion to choose the style and pace that best suits:
- The property
- The selected product
- The music, where a track is supplied
- The available footage
- The movement and quality of the footage
- The amount of usable footage
- The requested duration
The quality and suitability of the supplied footage will influence the final editing approach. Generally, our editors will default to creating engaging, modern, contemporary, upbeat edits depending on the property.
A fast, effects-heavy, or speed-ramp-heavy edit may not be suitable when the footage is limited, unstable, poorly framed, or lacks sufficient movement.
Where BWRM Production uses professional discretion because no direction was supplied, later requests to change the overall pace, style, music direction, or creative approach will be treated as a change of preference rather than an editor error and may incur additional charges.

- Creative direction
- Required graphics, if any
- Final video duration
- Number of deliverables
- Effects and animation
- Additional requirements
Some projects may require an initial version longer than approximately 45 seconds because of the supplied script, voice-over, agent presentation, footage, or creative requirements and may carry additional costs based on the scope.
Review and Approval
Each custom or bespoke project (eg, Hype Reels, Durst Custom, and State of the Market videos) can be reviewed and quoted individually based on our hourly, half-day and full-day rates as per our rate card, where required, based on:
- The proposed project scope
- Total clip count
- Length of the voice-over or agent pieces to the camera
- Any other requirements or add-ons
- Number of exports or versions required
Where the final requirements cannot be determined before editing begins, BWRM may provide an estimated range and communicate any material change to the scope, price, or turnaround as the project develops.
Where any additional work falls outside the approved scope, we will wait for Rise Media’s approval before proceeding.

Standard Turnaround
The standard turnaround for eligible non-bespoke video projects containing up to 60 clips is:
24 hours after all footage, assets, and required briefing information have been fully received.
Turnaround is calculated in business days and begins once the complete project has been received.
Jobs received with missing files, elements that fall outside the scope of the product, incomplete instructions, or missing assets may be delayed until all required information is supplied.
Standard 24-Hour Turnaround
Standard non-custom or non-bespoke video projects submitted during the morning in New York can generally be expected back by the following morning, New York time, provided that:
- All footage and required assets have been fully received
- The brief is complete and clear
- The project falls within the scope
- The project contains 60 clips or fewer
- No major technical or footage issues are identified
- No additional information is required before editing can begin
This next-morning delivery expectation forms part of BWRM’s standard 24-hour video turnaround service for eligible projects.
Custom/Bespoke video projects’ turnaround time requires a minimum of 48 hours or more, depending on the scope of the project.
Rush Turnaround
A 12-hour fast-track option may be available for eligible projects (less than 60 clips, non-bespoke).
The fast-track service:
- Carries a premium surcharge
- Is limited to no more than 60 clips
- Requires a complete and accurate brief
- Requires all footage and assets to be supplied
- Should contain limited voice-over
- Should contain limited After Effects work
- Should not require extensive footage repair
- Should not require complex bespoke editing
Bespoke, unusually large, or technically complex projects cannot be guaranteed for fast-track delivery.
Fast-track availability is subject to production capacity and project suitability.

Music
BWRM supplies music from its enterprise-licensed Artlist.io library.
Where no specific track is supplied, BWRM will select music based on the property, product, footage, editing style, and intended presentation.
Music sourced outside Artlist must be licensed and supplied by the client.
BWRM is not responsible for licensing restrictions, copyright claims, or usage limitations relating to music supplied by the client or sourced outside Artlist.io.
Video Production Hours of Operation
Video Production operates continuously from:
8:00 am Monday to 8:00 am Saturday Mauritius Time (MUT).
BWRM operates:
- Two fully staffed production shifts with editors and Quality Assurance staff
- One limited Corrections Shift focused primarily on corrections and urgent production support
The Afternoon Production Shift closely overlaps with the New York working day.
The Corrections Shift provides limited coverage during the later part of the New York day but does not operate at the same capacity as the fully staffed production shifts.
Complex corrections, major revisions, new creative instructions, and substantial re-edits may need to be completed during the next fully staffed production shift.
Jobs and corrections received outside the weekly operating period will be actioned when Video Production resumes on Monday.
Public Holidays and Closures
Video Production may close or operate at reduced capacity on selected public holidays.
Confirmed closure dates will be communicated separately.
Jobs and corrections received during a closure period will be processed when Video Production resumes.
Export and Delivery
Completed videos will be delivered through the BWRM platform.
Standard Export Requirements
Unless otherwise requested or agreed, BWRM will deliver completed videos using the following settings.
16:9 Horizontal Videos
- Format: MP4
- Codec: H.264
- Resolution: 3840 × 2160 — 4K UHD
- Frame rate: Based on the most suitable lower frame rate for the supplied footage
- Colour space: Rec. 709
- Audio: Stereo
- Bitrate: Adaptive high bitrate appropriate to the source footage and final resolution
9:16 Vertical Videos and Hype Reels
Where native vertical 4K footage is supplied, the standard vertical export will be:
- Resolution: 2160 × 3840
- Aspect ratio: 9:16
- Format: MP4
- Codec: H.264
- Colour space: Rec. 709
- Audio: Stereo
- Bitrate: Adaptive high bitrate
Where a vertical video or reel is created from horizontal 4K UHD footage, the standard export will be:
- Resolution: 1080 × 1920
- Aspect ratio: 9:16
- Format: MP4
- Codec: H.264
The lower vertical resolution is used because the horizontal footage must be significantly cropped to create the vertical frame.
Additional formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, codecs, or export versions may be requested and may incur additional charges.
Frame Rates and Footage Requirements
For the smoothest motion and best slow-motion results, clients should provide footage in a high frame rate.
BWRM will choose the most suitable lower delivery frame rate based on the footage supplied.
Framerate family examples include:
- 59.94 fps footage will normally be delivered at 29.97 fps
- 60 fps footage will normally be delivered at 30 fps
- 50 fps footage will normally be delivered at 25 fps
For the best results, all footage within the same project should follow the same frame-rate family.
Mixing unrelated frame-rate families may cause quality issues such as uneven motion, dropped frames, or visible jitter.
BWRM will make its best efforts to manage mixed-frame-rate footage, but cannot guarantee completely smooth results where incompatible frame rates have been supplied.
File Naming
The initially delivered file will use the property address or project title supplied in the brief.
Further versions will be identified sequentially, for example:
- Property Address
- Property Address_v2
- Property Address_v3
Where several versions exist, correction requests must refer to the exact applicable filename or version number.
Project Files
Where requested, BWRM will:
- Add the project to an Adobe Premiere Pro Team Project; or
- Supply the relevant Adobe Premiere Pro project files
Project files may exclude third-party materials that BWRM is not permitted to transfer, plugins, and other restricted materials.
